Age 49, on Saturday, April 22, 2017, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Swissvale, passed away. Loving son of Lillian Plutto and the late John Plutto; brother of Terri Friedman, Palm Harbor, FL, twin brother of James J. (Donalyn) Plutto, of Murrysville, PA, brother of David A. (Mary) Plutto, of Portsmouth, VA, half-brother of Johnny Plutto, of Coraopolis, PA; uncle of Samantha, Justin, and Brayden. Also survived by three aunts and three uncles. Jeffrey loved his music and enjoyed sharing it with others. He was a loyal fan of ALL the Pittsburgh sports teams.
